Kudos to AOS Members! Spring 2017

By: Marco A. Zarbin

In the Kudos to AOS Members section of the biannual AOS Newsletter, we highlight the professional accomplishments of AOS members during the previous six months (e.g., academic awards, new chairmanships). The AOS is a collegial organization comprising highly accomplished individuals, many of whom are close friends. Nonetheless, we may not be aware of the recent professional achievements of our friends and colleagues. The Kudos section will enable us to circumvent the reticence and modesty of fellow AOS members by providing a public venue in which we can celebrate their success. Please forward to me any relevant information of which you become aware (including information about yourself!) regarding AOS members so that the Kudos section can remain timely and complete. The listing below may be incomplete. Please forward missing information, and I will include it in the next edition of the Newsletter. Read more >>

The AOS Mission:

The mission of the American Ophthalmological Society is to promote excellence in patient care, education and research, to address essential issues in medicine, and to advance the art and science of ophthalmology.
